Profile:

Dr. Smith graduated from the University of Alberta Medical School (Edmonton) in 1993. She completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1998 at the University of Alberta. Dr. Smith has worked in private practice for three years in California and Louisiana. Upon her return to Canada in 2002, she did locums in the Rural Specialty Programs throught British Columbia, Alberta and Inuvik, NWT. Dr. Smith has also work in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, White Rock (outisde Vancouver), King Faisal Hospital in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia and with Native Health Services in North Dakota.
