Profile
Dr. Muthiah obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) from Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalai University, India in 2003. He completed his rotating internship in the same College. Dr. Muthiah came to Canada in 2004 and completed his Internal Medicine Residency Program at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2009. At the same time he also obtained a graduate diploma in Clinical Epidemiology.
He then moved to Winnipeg Manitoba where he completed a Gastroenterology Fellowship. He has published few papers and presented posters during his fellowship years.
He joined the Winnipeg Clinic on a full-time basis and performs Endoscopies in the Clinic as well as at the Seven Oaks Hospital and Health Sciences Center.
